Come hang out with me at WPPI!

Hey guys! I am SO excited to hang out with Showit at WPPI this Tuesday in Vegas! I will be among the 10 featured photographers to hang out with and simply talk business, photography and life. If any of you all are interested in chatting with me or any of the other photographers, be sure to RSVP HERE. I am so stoked to represent such an awesome business with a great team of people. Hopefully I'll see everyone there! :)

Also, I am SO excited to post an upcoming mock up event and an AWESOME couple this coming week. Ashley Gain is seriously one of the most beautiful and talented girls around and I feel SO honored to have been asked to photograph her gorgeous designs. She is getting ready to launch her new website and I can't wait to show what she's all about! For now, be sure to follow her on twitter. I photographed Ashley's wedding over a year ago and I feel so blessed to now work with her in this awesome industry! Check out this sneak peek for what's to come next week!

Katelin and Blake : Engaged at the Farm

I first met Katelin at a bible study a few years ago. She struck me as not only naturally beautiful but as genuine. As time passed, I heard about Katelin's engagement to this guy Blake who lived in Texas. All I knew about Blake was that he lived in Texas and Katelin was madly in love with him. I knew I would meet him one day and he would be just as great as Katelin is! Sure enough, he is. Last week, we met each other at The Farm at South Mountain to take engagement photos. This location was perfect for the two of them since Blake proposed at the restaurant inside the The Farm . I listened as Katelin enthusiastically told me about how Blake proposed and I think I was just as excited as they were while they told their story. Katelin and Blake are seriously two of the most gorgeous people inside and out. I don't know them as well as I would like but I do see genuine love and character through the both of them. I can't wait for you two to be married and begin your life together. I know you will both do GREAT things together. Thank you SO much for giving Stephen and I the honor of documenting your engagement!

Kristi and Aaron : Engagements at Silverleaf

" Laughter is the shortest distance between two people." I heard this quote a while ago and I always think about it when I see two people completely and utterly in love with each other. Good laughter is always a part of a happy relationship. This past week, Stephen and I met Kristi and Aaron at the Silverleaf Golf Club to document their engagement. One thing I LOVE about Kristi and Aaron is their light hearted laughter. I had so much fun watching them through my camera laugh, giggle and just smile about their soon to be wedding. We have really enjoyed getting to know Kristi and Aaron and their hearts are just simply "sweet". I just feel good being around them and CANNOT wait for their wedding. I have NO doubt it will be gorgeous and filled with alot of laughter and bliss. Thank you so much for giving us this honor to be apart of your engagement and we can't wait to partake in your wedding this week! Click HERE to see a slideshow of the engagement.

Kristi is GORGEOUS!

Silverleaf Golf Club has SO many gorgeous arch ways and windows... I can't get enough of this place!

These next two sets are my favorite... love the color!

SO sweet!

Jordan : Senior Portraits at Dc Ranch

This is Jordan. Blue eyed GORGEOUS Jordan. She is graduating this May from Boulder Creek High School with high hopes and dreams for her future. We met at the gorgeous Dc Ranch Market Place while the sun was high and bright and weather still a tad bit chilly. What amazed me about Jordan was our first conversation together as we walked to our first photo location. I asked Jordan what she wanted to do after she graduated and she enthusiastically told me that she would be attending NAU in the fall and pursing a bachelors of science in athletic training. She would then getting her masters and THEN taking that to physical therapy. I gasped with astonishment that she was SO excited about college! I was so impressed with her drive in life at such a young age. I admire that..
I had such a fun time getting to know Jordan and her mom Trina and I adore both their sweet generous hearts. Thank you so much for giving me the honor of documenting your senior year! Jordan, you are too sweet and you are seriously gorgeous. Stay the way you are and I know you'll go a far way in life!

I LOVE her dress!

OBVIOUSLY Jordan is a smart girl... I told Jordan to bring something important to her to the shoot. Something that represents her. She brought her math book!!?!?!! Awesome. This is one thing I love about her. She loves math... one thing I always loathed in high school was math. You couldn't pay me to take another math course! So Jordan, I admire you!

HELLO BLUE EYES!!

Watch out boys...
